Something light and charming would probably do me good. My daughter has me watching a show called Yellow Jackets- super dark. It is such a realistic depiction of teenage girls and the women they become after a grotesque tragedy in their adolescence (plane crash ala Lord of the Flies). I might give EIP a look just to get that one out of my head.
